This government bill amends the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 so the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces may certify development in certain circumstances, and to validate certain certificates already issued. Sponsored by Paul Scully, it has passed Parliament and received assent, though some or all of it may not yet be in force.
