(9) If any of the following applications have been made, but not finally determined, before the commencement of State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) Amendment (Events and Culture) 2025 , the application must be determined as if that policy had not commenced— (a) a development application, (b) an application for a complying development certificate, (c) an application to modify an existing development consent, (d) an application to modify an existing complying development certificate.
