(1A) Despite subclause (1)(a), this subdivision does not apply to— (a) the following land at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan— (i) Lot 1001, DP 734435, (ii) Lot 1002, DP 734436, (iii) Lot 51, DP 740394, (iv) Lot 132, DP 825469, (v) Lot 2601, DP 882676, or (b) land identified as “Sydney Opera House Site” on the State Significant Development Sites Map .
