(2A) Despite subclause (1)(d), development is complying development if the development— (a) meets the requirements and standards specified by State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 , Part 2.3, Division 10 or Part 3.4, and (b) is exempt or has been granted an exemption under the Heritage Act 1977 , section 57(1A), (2) or (3).
(2A) Despite subclause (1)(d), development is complying development if the development— (a) meets the requirements and standards specified by State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 for complying development, and (b) is exempt or has been granted an exemption under the Heritage Act 1977 , section 57(1A), (2) or (3).
