4.47A Exercise of functions by Development Coordination Authority

The Development Coordination Authority must, in determining the general terms of an approval or whether or not an approval body will grant an approval, exercise the function as if it were the approval body acting in accordance with the Act under which the approval is granted. s 4.47A: Ins 2025 No 71, Sch 1[91].
