In this chapter— Deferred Transport Oriented Development Areas Map means the State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021 Deferred Transport Oriented Development Areas Map . low and mid rise housing area means— (a) land within 800m walking distance of— (i) land identified as “Town Centre” on the Town Centres Map , or (ii) a public entrance to a railway, metro or light rail station listed in Schedule 11, or (iii) for a light rail station listed in Schedule 11 with no public entrance—a platform of the light rail station, and (b) if part of a lot is on land identified in paragraph (a)—the lot. Low and Mid Rise Housing Exclusion Map means the State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021 Low and Mid Rise Housing Exclusion Map . low and mid rise housing inner area means— (a) land within 400m walking distance of— (i) land identified as “Town Centre” on the Town Centres Map , or (ii) a public entrance to a railway, metro or light rail station listed in Schedule 11, or (iii) for a light rail station listed in Schedule 11 with no public entrance—a platform of the light rail station, and (b) if part of a lot is on land identified in paragraph (a)—the lot. low and mid rise housing outer area means— (a) land between 400m and 800m walking distance of— (i) land identified as “Town Centre” on the Town Centres Map , or (ii) a public entrance to a railway, metro or light rail station listed in Schedule 11, or (iii) for a light rail station listed in Schedule 11 with no public entrance—a platform of the light rail station, and (b) if part of a lot is on land identified in paragraph (a)—the lot, unless the lot
