(2) The visual impact of development carried out under subsection (1) must be minimised if— (a) the development is on land in the following zones— (i) Zone RU5 Village, (ii) Zone R1 General Residential, (iii) Zone R2 Low Density Residential, (iv) Zone R3 Medium Density Residential, (v) Zone R4 High Density Residential, (vi) Zone R5 Large Lot Residential, and (b) the development fronts a public road, and (c) the footprint of the station is greater than 6m 2 .
