(6) In this section— emergency means an emergency— (a) due to an actual or imminent occurrence, including a fire, flood, storm, earthquake, explosion, terrorist act, accident, epidemic or warlike action, and (b) which endangers, or threatens to endanger, the safety or health of persons in the government school or destroys or damages, or threatens to destroy or damage, the school. flood prone land has the same meaning as in State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021 .
