Appeal upheld; development consent granted for attached dual occupancy residential development subject to conditions.
The applicant appealed against refusal of a dual occupancy development application at 1A Waratah Road, Berowra. Following a conciliation conference at which the parties reached agreement, the Court upheld the appeal and granted development consent subject to conditions set out in the orders.
