(2) Development Application DA-25-01790 for the demolition of existing structures, tree removal, subdivision of the land into 38 Torrens Title and 10 Community Title lots with associated bulk earthworks, dam decommissioning, landscaping, stormwater drainage works (including minor works within the C ouncil R eserve) and provision of essential services and utilities, public and private road construction, retaining wall construction, landscaping works and creation of easements at 32 Cranbourne Street, Riverstone and Lot 1 in DP 1261894 is determined by the grant of consent subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
