Appeal upheld; development consent granted for demolition and dual occupancy construction with stormwater works, subject to conditions.
The applicant appealed the Council's refusal of a development application for demolition and construction of a dual occupancy at Mona Vale. The parties reached agreement at a conciliation conference, and the Court granted development consent subject to conditions in Annexure A.

(2) Development consent is granted to Development Application DA2024/1843, as amended, for demolition works and construction of a dual occupancy (detached) including swimming pools and strata subdivision at 41 Grandview Parade Mona Vale legally known as Lot 33 Section B Deposited Plan 6195, and stormwater works at 43 Grandview Parade Mona Vale legally known as Lot 32 Section B in Deposited Plan 6195 and 45 Grandview Parade, Mona Vale legally known as Lot D in Deposited Plan 386226 subject to Annexure A.
