Appeal upheld; development consent granted for dual occupancy, demolition, tree removal and swimming pool with strata subdivision subject to conditions.
Lloyd Building and Development appealed a refusal of development application DA25/0744 for a dual occupancy development with strata subdivision at Cronulla. Following a conciliation conference, the parties reached agreement and the Court granted development consent subject to conditions in Annexure A.

The orders of the Court are: (1) The appeal is upheld. (2 ) Development consent is granted to Development Application DA25/0744 for d emolition of existing structures, construction of a dual occupancy development, tree removal and 1 swimming pool with strata subdivision on land known as 145 Nicholson Parade, Cronulla (Lot 5 in DP 5761) subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
