The applicant appealed a development application refusal for a Torrens title subdivision creating two lots and construction of a double-storey dwelling with inground pool on each, at 10 Botany Boulevard, Kings Langley. The parties reached agreement at conciliation conference and the Court granted consent subject to conditions.
